Subdivision – everywhere you look right now, you can see it happening.  Old, tired houses disappearing and a brand new row of townhouses springing up in their place.  People knocking down a carport so they can put a driveway through to the unused backyard and build a unit there.

With Melbourne’s population continuing to grow, all those people have to live somewhere.  Which means local Councils are keen to make better use of land for housing.  Most people sitting on larger blocks have the potential to cash in on this trend, but the fact is it takes some time and knowledge to make it happen.

And that’s where we come in. We’ve done the learning over time to work out what sorts of properties have the potential for improvement, and how to make that happen.

What we do is take that knowledge and partner with property owners to help them cash in on their property’s potential.  We pay all the costs of getting the necessary subdivision permits through Council, do all the work and attend all the meetings, then once the property is sold and all costs refunded, we split the profit with the owner.
